Honoring Donors Who Leave a Legacy

The Doremus Society, named for Jessie and Robert Doremus, was established in 1993 to recognize living donors who have named Washington and Lee University as a beneficiary of their estate plans or have made another planned gift to W&L. The university is grateful to these Doremus Society donors for providing financial contributions for the future.

Doremus Society members receive periodic newsletters and participate in special university events on campus and around the country. Members receive the attractive Doremus pin as a memento of appreciation and as a signal of their membership in this distinguished group of donors.
